- Respect swimmers, coaches, competitors, officials, and families.
- Leave instruction to the coaches. Speak with coaching staff before or after practice or their working day.
- Model sportsmanship, build positive team spirit, and support teammates at practices and meets.
- Contribute volunteer hours and help your swimmer attend practices and meets.
- Refer questions about officials’ decisions to KSC coaches. Maintain self-control and respect each person’s role.
- Provide a caring environment, encourage your child, and represent the club positively.
Accountability
Conduct that discredits the club or league, creates discord, or jeopardizes participation may lead to discipline. The board reserves the right to terminate membership in the club’s interests.
